How does online booking work?
Simply select the required day, destination and number of passengers on the “Online Booking” page. You will immediately be shown all the available flights corresponding to your requirements along with exact prices and tariff conditions.
To complete your booking, simply follow the instructions step by step. Under the heading “Links to Topic” you will find further help on a range of different subjects.
At the end of the booking procedure you will be given a booking reference which you should print out. At the check-in desk you will need to give this booking reference and present your identity card or passport in order to receive a boarding card for your flight.
Online bookings can be paid for by credit card or electronic debit transfer (ELV= only possible with a German bank account with euros as the currency). In the case of electronic debit transfer, simply enter your name, bank sortcode and account number and your account will be debited with the relevant amount.
