How can I change a FlexPlus booking?
You can change your flight up to 30 minutes before departure online, via our call centre or in person at the Germanwings airport sales information desk at the airport.
To change your booking on the web, go to the germanwings.com website and log in to the “My Germanwings” section with your username and password. You will then be shown an overview of the flights your have booked. Select the flight which you wish to change. You can then select an alternative flight timing and change your booking at no charge.

The Germanwings airport sales information desk is open at the airport during flight operations.
Name changes can be made via the Germanwings call centre up to 2 hours before departure by quoting the flight's booking code.
There is a fee of 35 € per person and booking for a name change. If the current flight fare is higher than the fare paid at the time of the original booking, the difference in fare must be paid.
Changes to the flight route are unfortunately not possible.
