Since 95 percent of our passengers book their flights on Germanwings.com it matters to us that our customers don’t just feel safe and welcome with us when they’re in the air, but also when they are booking their flights online. We are constantly checking to see where we can improve the service we provide to our customers without raising ticket prices.
