Can I take sporting equipment with me?

Larger items of sporting equipment and weapons can be pre-registered with our call centre on +44 (0) 870 252 12 50 (Opening hours: 7am - 8pm).
You can also inform us on the second screen of our online booking procedure if you intend to transport larger items of sports equipment (as listed below).
Bicycles can only be transported in a bike bag or cardboard box. The handlebars and pedals must be removed and the tyres deflated.
Body and surfboards can only be transported in protective bags.

We charge the following flat fees for the transportation of sporting equipment:

(* We will carry free of charge up to a maximum of 3 pairs of skis or 3 snowboard per person.)

Sporting guns cannot be reserved online. If you wish to transport such an item on one of our flights, please get in touch with our call centre by calling: +44 (0) 870 252 12 50 (7am - 8pm).

Pushchairs, buggies and travel cots will be carried free of charge. They will be carried as checked baggage. Larger carriages will need to be carried as oversized items. In the case of smaller, lighter buggies, we will allow you to take them with you as far as the gate. After landing, you will be able to retrieve them from the baggage reclaim carousel along with the rest of your checked baggage.

We cannot accept unaccompanied baggage on any flight.
